Silver Springs Guesthouse & Events

LIABILITY WAIVER/RELEASE 

 

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge to Silver Springs Guesthouse, legally known as Tara Reesor, Keith Reesor & Rondalyn Reesor, that:

 

 1. I am actively aware of the risk(s) of participating in all classes and activities at Silver Springs including, but not limited to all events and activities.

 

2. I acknowledge that Silver Springs is a FARM. Farms have many hazards, such as our animals, insects & birds including, but not limited to; bees, goats, chickens, turkeys, peacocks, sheep, mini donkeys, alpacas, pigs, emus and any other animal on Silver Springs’ property. As on any farm there is uneven ground, fencing, gates, equipment and other hazardous items. Silver Springs and its operators will not accept any liability for loss or injury should you choose to visit. 

 

3. I understand there is absolutely no smoking permitted on our farm grounds during any classes/activities offered by Silver Springs - unless in a designated area. • 

 

Rules & Safety 

I agree to abide by the rules and regulations 

 

4. I understand parents/teachers/legal guardians are expected to supervise their own children and use common sense to ensure safety. Silver Springs does not accept liability. 

 

5. I assume all foregoing risk of using Silver Springs property, and accept personal responsibility for damages from my use, including, but not limited to injury, disability, or death. 

 

6. I release, waive, and discharge Silver Springs  (Tara Reesor and Keith Reesor & Rondalyn Reesor), from any and all liability to me, my heirs, and next of kin for any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages, related to my use of Silver Springs. I agree to accept full responsibility for any guest whom I bring to Silver Springs property, and will defend and indemnify Silver Springs against any claim brought by such a person.

I have read the above waiver and release, understand that I give up substantial rights by signing it, and sign it voluntarily. 

 

7. Must cleanup after your event. All garbage, bottles/cans, put away tables and chairs, sweep/mop floor.

 

Photo/Audio/Visual Release I hereby grant to Silver Springs all rights and consent to copyright, use, re-use, publish or republish, copy, exhibit or distribute all photographs and/or video of myself to be used for their website and any educational, training or promotional electronic or printed material without restriction as to frequency or duration of usage and without compensation.
