Silver Springs Guesthouse – Terms of Service

Welcome to Silver Springs Guest House.

By booking a stay with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, and Wix Payments.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional fees unless previously arranged.

4. Property Use and Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect the property, other guests, and the natural environment. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Smoking is prohibited inside any indoor areas. Campfires are permitted only in designated areas and may be restricted during fire bans.

5. Pet Policy

Pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee per stay. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while on the property. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damages caused.

6. Damages and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damages to the property, furnishings, or grounds during their stay. Silver Springs Guest House is not liable for loss of personal belongings or accidents that occur during your stay. Guests are encouraged to have travel insurance for additional protection.

7. Land-Only Campsites

Land-only camping is provided without water, electricity, or sewer hookups. Campers must bring their own supplies and adhere to “pack in, pack out” practices to preserve the environment.

8. Privacy

Guest information is kept confidential and used solely for booking, communication, and marketing purposes related to Silver Springs Guest House. We do not share or sell personal information to third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

Silver Springs Guest House reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. By booking and staying at Silver Springs Guest House, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. We look forward to providing you with a relaxing and memorable stay!
